Notice Regarding the Use of ChemDraw Software

All departments of the company:

         We recently received a communication from Hangzhou Zhengze Intellectual Property Service Co., Ltd. regarding the legalization of ChemDraw software. Currently, there are instances of pirated ChemDraw software being used in the market. The relevant information is as follows:

         In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software of the People's Republic of China" and the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China," all departments are requested to conduct self-inspections. Any personnel found using unauthorized ChemDraw series software should immediately cease use and uninstall the software. The company strictly prohibits the use of unauthorized software to prevent software quality issues and avoid potential intellectual property infringement risks.

          If an individual uses unauthorized ChemDraw software, all legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.
